2 Spaces available in Loophole Community Centre. People interested in
running Latin American solidarity projects would be more than welcome

Thursday 6th December
Date available: 17/12

Loophole tenants play a crucial part in keeping the space up and running
not only through paying rent but also by working as a part of the Loophole
collective. This involves: ensuring that Loophole is open and inclusive;
keeping the space tidy; organising community-building events; spending
time downstairs; and helping fundraise to cover Loophole’s costs. In order
to ensure that Loophole remains open, tenants are asked to make a minimum
three-month commitment and to give a month’s notice of intent to leave.

There are two spaces available:

A big green bedroom with a door opening onto a north facing outdoor deck
(being transformed into an urban vegetable garden). Very beatutiful space.
Sharing with one male, the three studio space peoples and the community in
general. Looking for a woman to keep gender balanced in the space.
Communal dumpster kitchen, amazing urban garden, really crazy place to
live, but lots of fun... The bedroom is $400 per calendar month, but bills
and internet and food all covered, so it works out quite cheap really.
Available mid-december.

A work/studio space in a big sunny room looking out over High St to be
shared with two others. You will have 24- hour access to the centre, an
exhibition and events space downstairs, access to Loophole’s communal arts
supplies, sewing machines and computers and all bills and wireless
internet covered. You also get to be involved in an exciting and dynamic
artistic and political space. The studio space costs $267/month, available
1st january.
