This speak-out is being held in solidarity with a protest in Perth,
organised by the Aboriginal Deaths in Custody Watch Committee (WA), to mark
the first anniversary of the brutal death of Carl Woods in police custody.

Justice for Carl Woods! Stop Deaths in Custody Now!

 ? Justice for Mulrunji, TJ Hickey, Douglas Scott, Colleen Richman, Daniel
Yock, John Pat and all the sisters and brothers who have died in police or
prison custody at the hands of a racist state.

? Implement the recommendations of the Royal Commission in Aboriginal Deaths
in Custody.

? Demand the establishment of elected civilian review boards with the powers
to hold police to account.
